This recipe is easy, healthy, lactose-free and highly nutritious. It’ll quickly become the go-to smoothie.

Ingredients

1 banana

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 – 1/4  cup sliced strawberries

1/8 cup blueberries

1/4 – 1/2 cup ice

1/2 inch of grated ginger

1 cup non-dairy milk (soy, almond, rice etc)

Method

Simply combine all the listed ingredients above in a blender, and blend till satisfaction (variability in smoothness), and serve.

Serving: 1 – 2 persons
